Julia Harris of Dolfan said "as
a Welsh based company we are delighted
on winning this prestigious contract.
From the outset, our project manager,
Richard Miller, liaised with all
interested parties ensuring a smooth
installation to achieve the opening
date. Wherever possible other Welsh
companies were supporting this project.
Dolfan would like to reaffirm how
pleased we are, to be a part in
this historic renovation and wish
every success to the opening and
continued running of the catering
facilities. |

The Refectory
at St David's is part of a spectacular
restoration of the cloisters at
St Mary's Hall, fitted in the
Grade 1 listed building. Unashamedly
modern materials are being used
to contrast with the medieval
architecture of the Cathedral
and Hall. The Refectory is due
to open on May 1 2006, providing
homemade simple food to the 50,000
visitors and members of the congregation
that pass through the Cathedral
every year. |
